Purchased an 81H1013-001-A3 (29" Polished Chrome Dual Swivel Pull Down Kitchen Faucet Sprayer) from these people on Ebay. The product is listed as having a five-year warranty. Three years later, it is spraying water all over my kitchen because the hose on the top has come separated from the faucet. This would not be such a big deal... I realize that things break.. however... They are currently telling em that the warranty is not through them (They only offer a three month warranty) and I have to approach the manufacturer. They are not answering their phones or any emails that I am sending, and I have no way of finding out who the manufacturer is, since it was sent to me in a white box with their name on it. Shady business, and now I am soaking wet. Shame on you YesCom. People should think twice about purchasing from these people, due in part to the difficulty of obtaining any type of service. Next stop, better business bureau.
