For everyone that has had a bad experience with "SaveBig.com" try what I have done. I filed a complaint with the County of Los Angeles, Department of Consumer Affairs. The forms can be found at dca.lacounty.gov. I sent them fifteen pages of information including SaveBig's "Terms of Service", e-mails and a written statement. I received a confirmation letter with this following statement from them "Enclosed is a consumer complaint that we believe falls within the jurisdiction of your agency." The agency that it was sent to is the Attorney Generals Office, Public Inquiry Unit, P.O. Box 944255, Sacramento, CA 94244. If everyone takes this route we should be able to get the state's Attorney General to put pressure on "SaveBig.com" to do the right thing.
