A great buying experience here...
I placed an order for a new Apple MacBook Pro laptop early one morning through their MacMall dot com website and requested it be shipped by FedEx next-day air with morning delivery. Late morning of the same day I got a brief call from a friendly representative of MacMall to review the order and go over the specifications of the laptop. He said he wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted (we're talking a lot of $$$ for this particular laptop). The order shipped that evening and I had it at 9:30am the next morning.
Very satisfied and I'll definitely order from them again.
