I purchased Lash Appeal through an infomercial on or about October 2010 with a trial period. I did not notice any significan change in my eyelashes. I returned the original items before the trial period was up. However, they sent me an additional order which I promptly returned. They charge by credit card for the 2nd item which I disputed and the credit card company removed the charge. Now on my May statement they have run the charge for the 2nd order again. The number listed above does not acknowledge that they are the contact for Lash Appeal. they gave me a number that is outside the US which I can only call collect. There does not appear to be any way to contact these people. I believe this whole thing is a scam. I intend to report it to the FBI.
