Worst Business EVER! Bad Seller

Bought a car part/component from Kuruma Motoring through their Ebay store. Item listed as in stock and ready for shipment the following week. Paid through PayPal and after getting my $308.48...NEVER saw the part. Couldn't get a reply from them, the shipping notice/tracking info..NOTHING. Finally they report that it's was on backorder, they have it now and are shipping it out right away. They stall you long enough to get past the 45 day Paypal guarantee, then disappear!!! Never saw the item, and then had to send another 50 emails trying to get refund. Finally get a reply to that, after SEVERAL months, that they will refund me my payment LESS THEIR Ebay Fees. I shouldn't be responsible for their fees, for them listing an item they didn't even have to sale, for them taking and using my money for almost 4 months, and then having to send dozens of emails to try and get my money back. What a scam this "company" is. BUYER BEWARE...... unless you like giving your money away and getting nothing in return... but headaches and hassles. Still awaiting Full Refund.....the emails will continue
