I have heard lots of bad things said about Go Merch! in the past, but through all of my orders I have had nothing but good experiences. I am from Canada and typically place larger orders as to save on shipping.
There was one occasion where my order was put on fraud alert due to how large the order was, I was promptly called and the problem was sorted out within a couple hours, without me having to do too much calling around. Also, I was not sent one of my items one of the times I ordered and was promptly sent my item without being charged for the extra shipping, they always throw in extra little goodies when I place a large order which is always nice.
Will buy again from them when the shipping prices hopefully come down.
