Worst online experiences ever

Unfortunately GoMerch runs a monopoly when it comes to online ordering of any merch from bands I like; so I am forced into using them. However, everytime I've ordered something everything comes late, or a part of it is delayed by several months. It's usually in poor packaging and or damaged. Recently I attempted to make a purchase and my card was declined. I attempted to purchase my item a few more times and every time my card was declined despite having sufficient funds. Frustrated I abandoned the purchase figuring I could try another time or hope that the item would show in stores. Now I am finding that my accounts have been charged mulitple times for said item even though the site stated the cards had been delined.
