My daughter ordered merchandise from this company November 23, 2008 which has not been delivered as of December 31, 2008. Countless emails are answered by an email saying that they get thousands of emails a week - but they never answer any of them. Several phone calls are not answered and if you stay on the line your call is hung up after 5 minutes. I am unable to contact this company and will never order from them again - obviously their customers' satisfaction is not important.
