I ordered the product after viewing an infomercial. I tried the product and found it not effective for me. I did not attempt to get my money back, even though they said they guaranteed the products effect. Two months later, I received another shipment of the product and my account had been charged $64.85. I had not authorized the company to auto ship or auto bill my account. When I tried to ship the product back and get my money back, I did not get adequate customer service and still have not received a credit for the $64.85. I also noted the product at a local Wal-Mart for $39.00, so for those that find the product effective, Wal-Mart is less expensive and there is no risk of taking the money from your account illegally.
