Customer rep (Joe Winters) came to my house and said he will send me DocuSign paper so if I agree to take their service I can sign up, otherwise I can deny it. And I read their all reviews and decided not to take their service. Even though I didn't sign up their service, they still charged me $99 dollar for installation. I don't know how could possibly a company charge me where they didn't install anything. Joe Winters, he called me for the service and I told him to refund $99 dollar since there was no installation and I don't want to sign up and he said he will refund SOON but still he didn't refund installation charge yet, its been over 3 months and waiting for it. So, NEVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER UNLESS YOU CAN TRUST THEM, LIKE BLUELIGHT SECURITY SERVICE, YOU CANT TRUST THEM. Can you find a place where customer will get nothing or don't want to take their service but still the customer will be charged for not a single reason. So BE CAREFUL WHEN BLUELIGHT SECURITY ASK FOR any information FROM YOU which is sensitive. My bank called me and gave me heads up that BLue light tried again to monthly charge on my credit that I provided even though I don't have their service nor any equipment. Fraud company!!!. There was no option to give zero star, so I had to click one star, They don't deserve any star at all.
