Disappointing

The rep on the phone showed attitude right when I pointed out that there were no covers on the outdoor fixtures that I received (rendering them indoor fixtures). When I tried to order three $10 small covers I was hit with an $18 shipping and "well you
should've read the description carefully". When I asked about returning the order was told: "absolutely, but you will be charged a 30% restocking fee". Not sure if the rep. was an owner or staff, but given the other reviews I see it seems a culture within
the company.
