Follow up to my previous post titled "Bogus service..."

I received a call from the owner following which I accept his commitment to customer service. I assured him his product quality is unquestionable. But I had a serious problem with how his staff handled my particular order. I am now satisfied.
To any future buyers: My advice is be sure to verify your specific needs before you place the order. They cannot - and will not-sell used bulbs that are returned, which is perfectly understandable and professional. If you err in your order, be prepared to accept responsibility for it. But if the error is on the seller's side, hold them accountable.
The owner calling me to explain the situation spoke volumes, so I would buy from them again, because the quality of their product is good, and the specs on their bulbs (lumens, color temp., etc.) is fairly accurate.
