THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS FOR THEIR RATING...unfortunately, that was not an option. I surely wish that I had the foresight to check this company out prior to signing up for their DECEITFUL-FREE-TRIAL-OFFER! As with all of the others that have written reviews on here, I had a very frustrating, discouraging experience with ACAI NUTRABURST. The fraud unit of my credit card caught a charge that was put through at 3:30 a.m. in the morning and contacted me to ensure that I was the one that placed the charge. Of course I was NOT! When I told them that the name of the company did not sound remotely familiar (something to do with health), the person with whom I spoke asked me if I had ever tried a free trial offer of ACAI BERRY? I knew then that since she was familiar with the company, that I was in trouble! I called the company and was of course given the same "song & dance" that all of the other reviews had received. I told the customer service representative that I felt their company was unethical and deceitful...which caused her no concern as I'm sure she probably hears that all day from other callers. She told me that I could return the second ($74.00) bottle of pills, but I would have to pay a $25.00 re-stocking fee. I told her that I was beyond disgusted with their company. She replied, "Have a nice day" and hung up! CAN'T SOMETHING BE DONE ABOUT THIS SCAM????? I feel very sorry for all other unsuspecting consumers.
