Alright boys, for over a week now i've tried getting some sort of customer service from anyone with surplus furniture. Calls, emails, it doesn't matter, you avoid your customers. Why bother putting contact info on your website?? One can only guess as to the quality of customer service they can expect should they need help with a return or exchange. You guys and surplus furniture are a joke!! That is why I have successfully reported you to the BBB. Now there's a company who knows how to get things done, who'd of thought they'd get back to me so soon! Let's work a little harder on our customer service can we boys!?
