I purchased a new machine a few weeks ago and it would not detect the NVME drive 90% of the time. When I was finally able to get an RMA (replacement) shipped to me, it was a far inferior drive than what I had originally paid for.
When I called their support they told me they "just grab the next drive available." Regardless of how much I paid for the original dive I received a cheap WD Blue SN570.
I asked for a full refund andI had to pay $120 USD to ship it back. It will take weeks to get a refund.
The drive also shipped without and operating system. Support told me to just go to the internet and download it. Umm no Operating System no internet. What a bunch or bafoons (a gross and usually ill-educated or stupid person).
