This travel company is exists only as a consumer rip off, service is non-existent, offers are all designed to provide the least service and quality under the terms of the contract entered into.
PLEASE SO NOT RESPOND TO THEIR FREE OFFERS OF TRAVEL IN OUR OPNION THEY ARE ALL CRIMINALS AND YOU WILL LOSE MONEY!!!!!! We tried to use the free offers in January of 2012 all were scams. The free cruise after paying additional fees were not available without paying what would have ended up to be 25% higher than what we found on the Internet. The service when available is a scam as well, they don't return calls and make you feel as if they are doing you a favor by talking with you. REALLY UNREAL HOW THESE PEOPLE STAYING IN BUSINESS....DON'T BE DUPED LIKE WE WERE AVOID THEM LIKE A BAD GERM.
Their service is no more than what anyone can do by using the Internet to book your travel. These management of this company in our opinion should be in jail and the employees who all know what a scam this is should be ashamed.
