I signed up when I was apartment hunting. I checked on my apartment to confirm it wasn't in foreclosure. I can personally relate to being afraid of renting a foreclosure home because my brother knew someone that paid almost $4000 to rent an apartment only to find out the landlord no longer owned the property. The bank had foreclosed almost two months earlier. Now they cannot find the landlord, and the court will not recognize their lease. So they will have to move in 90 days and since they never received a receipt they have to make rental payments again. A friend told me about this service and she swears its good so I justsigned up. So far I received two reports for the month and I am cool with the service.
