Be careful!!!! I went to the Wet Seal store located in the Moreno Valley mall, not only was I dealing with unqualified teenager managers but I have been fighting with them for two weeks now. I attempted to make a gift card purchase and my debit card was swiped however the transaction on the gift card did not go through but the money was debited from my account so the employee decided to swipe my debit card again. One more time the gift card didn't work but amazingly my debit card did. The manager "Jessica" told me there was nothing she could do took the gift card back and that I would have to contact their corporate office on Monday since this was a Saturday I was at the store and the sales/audit department was closed. So sure enough I contacted them and was promised it would be handled with no worries and it would be about 2-3 business days. Well after the fifth business day and no refund or merchandise I called again and was told the exact same excuse that their department was closed and it was in the process and to wait a few more days which I did and now almost 2 weeks later still no refund or product. I again called their corporate office and demanded an answer finally someone looked up the transaction and saw that NOTHING had even been started on this inquiry. So I will not hold my breath if i don't see anything come Monday but just beware of the inexperienced, big business I don't have time to bother with your little $100 transaction, I don't know what kind of money they make but it's alot to me especially during the holiday season.
