Impeccable customer service. Rolled my Jeep and totaled it, the police tow and impound cost nearly $300 for two days storage. I should have called West Side Auto Recycling immediately instead. They came to the impound garage, towed the Jeep to their location and stored it all for free while I waited for the title to be mailed and the insurance adjusters to look at the car. Then gave me a fair price to salvage my totaled car. Donnie and the rest of the guys were very friendly, helpful and punctual. Some of the best customer service I've received anywhere! Thanks guys!
