If you are looking to rent from a company who will make you feel taken care of, DO NOT rent from WSR. Their staff is unprofessional and incompetent. For every question I ask their answer is "I dont know." Interesting because your job is to find out!
I still have not even received a return call regarding the numerous repairs needed on my condo. The closet doors are completely broken, blocking my access to the closet, leaving numerous boxes which I am unable to unpack. The thermostat iS broken so the heater wont turn on, there is a broken drawer in the bathroom and I still have not received my pool keys. I put in a work order for these repairs prior to moving in (approx 1 month ago).
I have lived here for approximiately 20 days and I already want to leave. My advice to you is DO NOT rent from them unless you want to sign a lease to be frustrated and taken advantage of for the next 6 months-1 year.
If it was possible to award zero stars, that would be my vote (Unfortunately 1 star is the minimum score). I wanted to share my experience in hopes that it will help at least one person avoid the horrible experience of dealing with WSR Sales and Property Management in Riverside.
