Owner - would like to know what happened

Of course I'm going to give my own company 5 stars, but I'd love to hear from displeased tenants regarding their experiences with my company. My name is Eric Eckstrom - I am the CEO of WSR Sales & Management. I'd like to know the particulars of the reviews on this site. There are considerations when dealing with repair issues for a given property. If repairs are of a non-emergency nature, WSR has limited power to address them until the owner of those properties grants permission. It doesn't mean we can't improve on how we've dealt with our tenants, however.
I would love to hear back from you regarding your frustration. I can't turn back time, but I can fix the future. Eric
