I have been renting from WSR for nearly 15 yrs. Why do I stay? BECAUSE THE RENT IS LOW! And TRUST me. You get what you pay for. In this economy, we cannot afford a move or higher rent. We have been asking for our toilets to be replaced for YEARS> Toilets back up into showers and bathtubs. AC Went out one summer during the hottest part of the year. Were talking 105 109 110 112 heat and took them over 2 WEEKS to finally ok the work order. When we have a problem we call and call and never hear anything back. We get tols sure, someone will be on that and it RARELY happens! We have had to fix many things on our own at our expense. So why dont we just own this place? If its our job to fix everything ourselves? Or hell! DEDUCT SOME OF THE RENT AS COMPENSATION! But no! This is the worst company I have EVER had to deal with! HANDS DOWN! Too bad there are only 2 reviews on here. If I could afford to move and pay higher rent I would absolutely call housing authority! DONT RENT THROUGH W S R! Man, will you live to regret it! I can assure you of that! Unprofessional and completely INCOMPETENT!
