On July 29, We paid Vera Travel $4400 for a princes cruise for dates dec20-jan2. This amount of money was the full payment for the duration of the cruise. We have a receipt for the cash she received dated July 29th. We never received a confirmation from Vera Travel for the vacation and when we asked for the confirmation. Vera travel informed us that the trip was cancelled. Then we contacted princess cruise, they informed us that a reservation was made in our names but was cancelled due to failer to pay. It is our understating that Vera Travel made the reservation and took our money and never paid for the cruise. We have tried to contact Vera travel numerous times in trying recouping our payment. She never returns our phones calls and it very hard to get in contact with her. I hope that this letter will help us recover our funds and that Vera Travel will be held responsible for her actions.
