1. This bozo isn't suppose to be running a business out of that mobile home park. If you get ripped off, contact the owners of the property. They will be happy to issue him another citation.
2. This bozo is a rip off. He sells cars that can't be smogged then tries to sell you a $150 illegal smog deal. He has a pal in the mobile home park, a wanna be ex con who will strong arm you to leave if you object to this treatment.
3. Every item this guy fixed on my car failed.
4. This bozo sells lots of cars, most of them unsmoggable. The DMV is very interested in him. The City of Moorpark permit division is very interested in him. You see, he has no license to sell cars nor does he have a license to run a business.
If he burns you, contact the Moorpark Police. Let's get this creep off the streets.
