I was outraged on the day after Thanksgiving when I was refused a refund for something I purchased 2 weeks prior. They told me it was due to staffing, then it was safety issues. It was a lie, their earnings for that "black friday" were no doubt the real reason. I went to Target and Wal-Mart that day and they were all issuing refunds. Unbelivable that they couldn't operate a normal business day.
