I purchased the Topstyler,by Instyler, Caldo Caldo LLC this past summer. I purchased it over the "as seen on tv" for the $14.95 trial run. I never received an invoice explaining the "rules and regulations", or to simply say ,this is what you got ,you have until this date to return otherwise on these three dates this amount $39.99 will be taken out of your account for a total of...$120.00+.So anyway I called to return and BTW found their number over a Google search since i had no paperwork. They stated that I still had 15 days to return the item and what was the problem. I simply told them that It wasn't working for my daughters or I as we'd hoped for. He suggest I get this DVD sent to me and I will have an extended 21days to return.I said fine.I called back about 2 weeks later said it's still not working for me I would like to return it.Well little did I know and come to find out..saying a 21 day extension doesn't mean how it sounds! Its 15+6 days totaling 21 days..so now I've missed to return something I tried to do in the first place and after numerous calls I have gotten nothing but customer DIS-satisfaction! AND don't get to return a product that doesn't live up to it's expectations!!!
