Unprofessionalism at its finest, right here. I had the delightful “pleasure” of dealing with Josh. He was never on time and when he did finally show up, it looked like he had on the same pants and work T-shirt for the past week or two. Everything took entirely too long due to the promises and his word he failed to keep. Hence, he had a severe lack of understanding and mangled approach. He was constantly on his phone and very impersonal. The lack of showmanship and misrepresentation of outlining that he exudes leaves me at a complete loss for future referring.
