I had high expectations for this company, based on all of the great reviews.
Unfortunately, since my boxes arrived looking like they had been dropped off a 10 story building (ie, square boxes arrived ROUND, all beat up and the sides split open with my belongings falling out) after I was assured on the telephone that "all items will be treated as fragile" , I'm not pleased. My desk arrived with a huge dent in it, and my dresser is broken and split on 3 sides. Aside from all of that, they ended up charging me about $400 more than I was originally quoted. On a positive note, they picked up and delivered items in a timely manner --- and all the men who moved were very nice and efficient on pick up and delivery.
If this is the best moving company out there, I would hate to see how to lesser companies operate.
