Before I read the reviews on here, I called the dealership to inquire about why a car I was eyeing had failed an emissions test when it only had 30,000 miles. The guy condescendingly and rudely replies, "so what's your question?" Uh,how is that not self-explanatory? He obviously wanted to avoid divulging any information on the vehicle.
Our conversation lasted all of two minutes, but in those two minutes I could tell this guy was either having a really bad day or he was just unprofessional and devoid of manners. After reading the reviews, he's obviously just a douche with no manners. Ivan, if you want to make money, you shouldn't be so intolerant of your customers. I have $25,000 cash from my insurance company to buy myself a new car. You just inspired me to take my money elsewhere. Thank you.
And a big "Thank you" to those who take the time to write reviews that save the rest of us from making expensive mistakes. Your information is invaluable. I'm only sorry you had to figure these guys out the hard way.
Unfortunately, I can't get the program to allow me to give them no stars, so don't be fooled by the single star, thy're not worthy.
