BUYER BEWARE!
If I could, I would have given them NO stars! I ordered a letterman jacket for my son in mid-October. I was told it would take up to six weeks for the jacket to be received and they assured me that I would "definitely have the jacket by Christmas". After all, this jacket was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son. A week before Christmas, I contacted the store and inquired about the status of the jacket. I was told that they had not yet received the jacket and was ASSURED by the manager that she "would do whatever she had to do to find me a jacket from another vendor so that I could have the jacket for my son the week AFTER Christmas". That's exactly what I was told and I figured that was the best they could do, so I told my son his present would be a week late.
Well, here we are in the first week of February and we STILL do not have our jacket NOR have we ever received a phone call from the store informing us when the jacket would be ready. I called the store at 4:30 p.m. on 2/2/10 and spoke to the manager who told me she was on the phone but would call me back as soon as she hung up with the other caller. At 5:55 p.m. (and still no phone call) I called the store again. This time she told me she had a customer in the store and would call me back by 6:15 p.m. (even though they close at 6:00 p.m.). She promised me she would definitely call me by 6:15 p.m. That call never came. Today (2/3/10), I showed up at the store and asked for my $150 deposit back. She claimed she didn't have the $150 and told me I would have to WAIT for a refund. Isn't that what I've been doing patiently since October - waiting?
To this date, they haven't even had the common courtesy to offer an apology. Now I have to find another company to order a jacket from so my son can (hopefully) have his jacket by the time he graduates. Shame on Soccer Town for such HORRIBLE service and their lack of concern, professionalism and courtesy.
Please take my advice and order your letterman jackets from somewhere else. If you don't, you might not get your jacket until your son or daughter is in college. Apparently this is not an isolated incident. I've spoken to several parents who are currently having the exact same problem with Soccer Town.
