Allison Conner does not know what a modification is I had my property taxes and my home owners insurance combined with my mortgage payments in July 2014.
I get a flyer in the mail in February of 2016 saying Shoreview financial can get my interest rate lowered so I call Shoreview financial I spoke with a Allison Conner she asked me if I ever had a modification done before I told her what I had done in 2014 with my property taxes and homeowners combined with my mortgage payments in 2014 I didn't know if it was a modification or not I asked Allison Conner if it was she said she didn't think so she should of known she does that for a living.
My Mortgage company is Wells Fargo they are also a bunch of Liars also I had a three way call with Allison Conner of Shoreview financial, Wells Fargo and myself on the telephone Allison Conner asked Wells Fargo if my wife and I ever had a modification before and Wells Fargo said no for seven months until August 2016 when they told Jeff Smith of Shoreview financial there was.
Allison Conner also gave my wife and I the advice in February 2016 we needed to fall behind on our mortgage payments to qualify for a modification we were current on our mortgage payments when I first spoke with Allison Conner of Shoreview financial in February 2016.
I thought the process was going very slow I was receiving advice from Jeff Smith of Shoreview financial he changed the date from month to month when our modification was going to be finished I was starting to get upset and concerned in June 2016 why this wasn't being completed.
Jeff Smith of Shoreview financial called me in August 2016 and told me Wells Fargo said you had a modification done in 2014 which I didn't know what we had done in 2014 was a modification I told that to both Allison Conner and Jeff Smith they both should have know if it was a modification or not I told them exactly what I had done in 2014 they do this for a living.
So since Allison Conner said don't make your mortgage payments my wife and I fell behind on our mortgage payments eight months we had most of the money saved but Wells Fargo charged us late fees and other charges about $21,000 in all plus Shoreview financial charged us $3,600 for DOING NOTHING but giving us bad ADVICE and NOT KNOWING what a MODIFICATION IS.
JEFF SMITH of Shoreview financial is a CON ARTIST and tries to turn the story around like saying I told him there was NO MODIFICATION I never told him that I told him I didn't know I also told Jeff Smith what Wells Fargo told me and Allison Conner there was NO Modification.
Wells Fargo are a bunch of Liars also you are telling me it took them seven months to tell me there was a modification?
Jeff Smith of Shoreview Financial refused to give me back the $3,600 my wife and I paid for bad advice and NOT KNOWING what a modification is he is a very dishonest man and my dealing with Shoreview Financial was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against Shoreview Financial and Wells Fargo I already filed a complaint with the attorney general of Illinois and with the better business bureau Shoreview Financial is the worst company

We sincerely regret that your experience with us was anything less than satisfactory. We have responded to the BBB about your complaint and for the record, we have tried to work with you to solve your issue and/or come up with a solution but you have been unprofessional and repeatedly verbally abusive to all employees and staff , which is why we have stopped working with you.
