I never write reviews, but when the service is so bad, others need to know and run from this merchant. I ordered my mattress five weeks ago and after not hearing anything for two weeks, I contacted them via the online chat. (Which by the way is shut down at this writing)I was called and told the air pump was on back order and that it had just arrived and my mattress should ship I thought he said in a couple of days, he said the following week. Anyway at week three I followed up again and was told the air blatter was the problem and it had just arrived and now should ship within the following week. At week four and becoming really frustrated, called again and told they'd check on it. At week four plus one day, I was told it shipped and would have the tracking number the next business day. At week four plus 5 days, I told them I didn't want the mattress and cancel the order. I was told it shipped and I'd have the tracking number the next day. Week five I received a call with a tracking number and FedEx site said it wasn't valid. A few hours later the number was good and indicated the mattress had just shipped, so I'd been lied to for about three weeks. It's suppose to arrive at week five and five days, or at least I have 68 lbs of something being delivered by FedEx. My advice is RUN from this company until they get their act together. As a side note, I was offered two memory foam pillows, but after they read this review, I doubt I'll be seeing them. If you decide to buy from this company, I hope your results are better than mine. ON EDIT: Mattress arrived, but no foundation. I opted for the free foundation in leu of the $100 discount and now another two or three calls to customer service I told them to ship the foundation or credit me the $100. I was promised they would credit my account and here we are almost eight weeks after the initial order and still waiting for the credit. I was also promised two memory foam pillows for the delays with this order, but have yet to receive them or have a tracking number that they have shipped. This is ABSOLUTELY the worst online buying experience I have ever encountered. I wish I'd bought the Sleep Number bed as the savings weren't worth the aggravation of dealing with these people.
