AVOID THIS COMPANY

This Company is not reputable at all and not very knowledgeable as well. I bid on a item the next day I paid by credit card. Then they called me up and wanted me to give them a credit card by phone which they claim they did not get.That was wrong because I had a paid receipt from them by email. Then they told me they could not ship to the address I gave them. Spoke with three people who told me the same thing. I explain to them that I get all my packages there because we travel a lot. They adamantly refused to ship to that address after I explained that they were wrong. so I told them to cancel the order I was very upset. Then I get a call from the from the owner telling me they made a mistake and they could ship to that address after he knew I canceled the order because they refused to ship to the address. He sends me a letter that they would not charge me for the ring but I would be responsible for the auction fee. When you wont ship to me? 2 weeks later I received a package from this company no notification or email. I refused it not knowing what was in the box. I immediately called my credit card company to make sure they would not pay this company.I would never deal with them again and I'm telling you beware this is a scam. No legitimate company would ever deal with customers in this manner. STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!!!
I will turn this over to my attorney and sue them for harassment for the way they spoke to me and they shipped the product anyway after they knew I canceled it.If anyone wants to start a class action suit against them count me in. They also use the name Bang the Gavel and Federal seized assets Auctioneer
