Secure One Properties has provided excellent service managing my rental properties continuously for 20 years. Each property has been maintained in the manner I expect and all maintenance problems have been corrected immediately throughout this period. Prospective tenants have been screened carefully with the result that not one problem of note has occurred between the tenants and management. Rental occupancy has been near 100 percent. On the infrequent occasions when tenants have moved from the properties, Secure One has made needed repairs and re-rented the property in the shortest time possible. Overall Secure One has done an outstanding job managing my properties and I highly recommend them to property owners looking for comprehensive, professional management of their rental property.
