These people have no problem switching to whatever they have in stock and not what you want, selling used or defective equipment , and taking pre orders and taking months if ever to deliver. They want to take your money at any cost, and no refunds.
What I learned about this place: Never ever ask 'what do you recommend' that tells them you dont know anything and you are screwed. Never pay for anything in advance, once they have your money, they'll take months to deliver. Do your research before you come to the store, and NEVER trust what the big guy in the San Francisco store tells you, he is a used car salesman and all he cares about is money.
