I would not recommend this company at all. They were by far the worst property management company I have dealt with in my 12+ years working in the field. Initially I was dealing with a licensed person who took my calls and convinced me they were professional, knowledgeable, etc. After the contract was signed I was eventually (after weeks of unreturned phone calls inquiring on the status of my transaction) told I would be dealing with another person at the company who turned out to be unlicensed, unprofessional, and generally clueless about the whole process. All three people I dealt with at that office failed to return calls when they said they would and basically didn't follow through on much of what they said they would unless I called and prodded them. They were totally unprofessional and I'd advise against anyone hiring them.
