They have terrible customer service, could care less about how long their orders take, and sometimes just completely ignore any order you placed meaning that you won't get it AT ALL even after they charge your credit card. I placed my order in February. It is now almost July and I haven't received my order. They don't answer my e-mails and are ignoring me completely. When I told them I would be calling the credit card company to declare it fraud, their exact words were, "We will fight back". DO NOT waste your time with this company at all. They are a waste of money and a scam. I have never dealt with a company as bad as RaveReady before. AVOID.
