After placing an order with their web site and being charged immediately, I waited 10 days to recieve my order. Once I recieved it, I got only half of what I had ordered. I immediately attempted to call the company, and was trapped in one of the most annoying voice mail systems ever for almost an hour without being able to reach anyone - no operator, no customer service, no sales, not even at specific extensions. Holding for customer service was even better, as every 30 seconds it requires you to press a key or it will send you to a voice mail box that isn't set up to take messages.
I sent the company a detailed email asking them to contact me, but after several days without hearing back, and trying to call them again with the same results, I have filed a chargeback for the half of my order they never sent.
