I’d like to compliment you on your quick response and for the excellent service you provided me last month. You helped me to sort out my account after I discovered that there had been a levy placed on it. I went into a state of panic! I was broke and confused and worried about making my bills on time. Within hours I was assured things would be taken care of and within days my account was back in order.
I have always been pleased with the service I receive from Pinnacle. However, your professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.
