My only words of advice are SUE THEM, I am. The County of Orange, Central Justice Center, will process your small claims lawsuit for free, even have the Sheriff's Department serve them notice. You MUST take action! You can legally sue and collect up to 4 times the tow charge as they routinely violate the vehicle code section they claims gives them authority to impound your vehicle. They engage in predatory towing practices. You are guaranteed to win, but you must NOT be lazy. Don't sit and cry about your loses, take action.
