This is one of the worst Professional Companies anywhere. If you are a homeowner in one of the properties managed by this association, I feel for you. They have the worst customer service. If you try to reach them over the phone, nobody will pick up. You will be sent to a voice mail. Then, if all stars align, you probably will get a call back--3 days from the date you called them. But, like I said, the chance is greater that you will NOT be called back. So, you will have to keep calling till out of sheer frustration you will decide to just drive to their office physically to get some attention. Once there, you will be lucky if anybody is at the office (if you have not already been greeted by a sign saying to get an appointment first!). Then, if your situation is not resolved, good luck getting any kind of escalation done. Chances are, Krisi, the owner who apparently is the only escalation point, is out on vacation ;-) I have never seen a worst organization and I come from India where a way to deal with a "problem" customer like you is to give you a bureaucratic run-around. Thats what they do here as well. Frustrated, I can bet you that you will give up. I don't know how many people want to complain but do not have any means to! I thought that DMV was bad, just wait till you deal with these people.
