In July I retired after 35 years of active duty with the United States Marine Corps. Over those 35 years we have moved as a family more times than can be counted on both hands and feet. Over the course of those moves we have had some truly great moves and some really horrible moves but more bad and complicated than good. The USMC has paid for all of those moves and the costs have varied over the years. This move was from our house that we have lived in for the last 5 years in California to the house we have retired to in Augusta, Georgia and this is were we are staying. I had said we had some great and easy moves and by far, this was the easiest and best of them all, not only because the price was great, but the work that the moving crew had put into the move from packing every box professionally to wrapping every item with the shrink wrap before it went onto the truck to the actual packing of the truck and the same at the unload, every item was handled carefully, unwrapped, and put where we wanted them. The line of communication was terrific and Eric was receptive to all of our phone calls, emails and handled every concern that we had properly and quickly ensuring us that "this is the BEST crew we have" and for sure it was. We definitely don't plan on moving again but would like to pass on the values of securing a professional and honest moving company and like Eric had told us when we secured our move with Ori Van Lines, it's not always about price when it comes to moving all of your lifelong treasures, it's about quality and those words rang true with our experience through this company.
