They arrived late on our moving day. They brought a truck too small for our house and had to get another guy to bring a bigger truck. Halfway through packing they realized that they underquoted us and by the time it was all through they more than doubled the quote they had given us. In addition, the guy leading the movers at our house (the foreman I guess) gave us an estimate on the weight (I don't know how you estimate weight just by looking at it) and said we could go with his estimate as a guarantee or take our chances and wait until he got it actually weighed and pay more. We decided to wait and it was significantly lower in weight from the estimate. We actually had to have ORI store our stuff for a couple months because of still looking for a home. When we finally got the keys to the new home we called Ori on a Wednesday. They told us that we would have our stuff in 5-10 days. We called on the following Tuesday (6 days) to check on the status of our stuff. They said that they actually had to order the truck and that it had not left yet. It was not leaving until that night and would be 5-10 days from that night. We are extremely unsatisfied with the service from ORI. I find myself almost dreading the moment when they get here and unload our stuff due to the possible damage (other reviews here are not promising).
