I was with NHDR for 11 mths. There were no lies told. I was saving diligently, even sending in extra $$. I didnt want this to take 3 yrs, thats why I sent every thing I had. The phone calls from creditors did not stop and I unstood that. My disappointment was that there was no interaction with me and a NH rep deciding when to attempt a settlement. In essence, I managed to negotiate on my own behalf and used the funds that I saved. All they did for me was hold my money. I'm debt free, paid NH over a thousand dollars to...hold my money. They did send the balance of the funds to me in a timely manner. One person in paticular I do want to thank is Dan Martinez, Customer Service Manager, I believe. He was patient with me on the phone, courteous and respectful. I want to thank him for doing his job. I will not list the name of the lady that lit my fire....she knows who she is.
