These b...ds (I had to edit my "objectionable language", although I still claim it was "factual" at least in a colloquial manner of idiom) robo-call me multiple times per day and have been since I got my business phone line 4 months ago.
While their marketing claims are probably accurate, they are carefully worded and are misleading in ultimate effect. They use the words "platinum" and "credit line" to imply that you're getting a general-purpose credit line. They do not claim that they are doing this so only an inattentive fool would accept their offer. So they can claim not to be dishonest. But what kind of business only makes a sale by tricking, no matter how legally, their customers?
The end of their message says, "Dial 9 to be removed" and I have done this several times now. Each time, the recording says, "you will be removed immediately." That's clearly not true.
I finally got tired enough of the BS to hold for a sales agent and told her to remove me. Without asking for any details, she said it would take 30 days and hung up. I am quite certain this is a lie. Next time they call, I will hold for a human again and tell them I want to join. I can bet they will have to ask for my information.
Even if their product or service wasn't a worthless trick, which it undoubdtedly is, why would you want to do business with anyone who's first contact with you is a lie?
I'm having trouble with the stars rating because it won't go down to (or below) zero stars.
