NHS helped me a great deal. My husband and I were in bad shape with our Countrywide mortgage, behind on payments, and upside down on value. Our best option was to get out from the house. NHS successfully negotiated a short sale for our property and we were able to get out from under that mortgage. The process was pretty painless and was quick. As a company who actually gets results and were very professional and persistent with our case, I would definitely recommend using them to anyone needing help.
