I bought two Prada messenger bags from this company, believing their claims that their products were "authentic" and that they were the same as those found in department stores. When I received the items, they looked authentic, but within a DAY -- the zipper pulls fell off and within a week, none of the zipper pulls had remained on the two bags. I called the company, and the person answering the phone "guaranteed" that the products were genuine but that for $20 per bag, plus the cost of shipping TO and FROM this place, I could have the zippers repaired. I was disgusted.
DO not buy from this company. How do they stay in business??? They are completely ripping off the pubic and their products are complete fakes.
I should have known by the ridiculously low prices....
