Moda Queen sent me a cosmetic bag with a damaged label (scratched, metal peeling off). I asked them for a return shipping label, and they informed me that "All items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure that they are in brand new condition." They said I could "send it back" (at my expense) and "If we determine that the bag is indeed defective," they would send me the correct, undamaged item.
If they disagreed, then in addition to the $79 cosmetic bag I purchased, I could spend $10 (or more) to send it back to them to have it be judged by the same person who considered a scratched, metal-peeled label to be eligible for sale as new, I could then pay a $15 exchange processing fee to have the correct item sent (for a total of $25 for their error).
