I called this company today (my ending date of my 30th day trial) to say that it wasn't working for me either and that I will be returning the unused portion. I also noticed today that my charge card had been charged $149. I asked why this has happened since I actually had until today to state I was returning the product. The rep said that "we expect that you would have noticed the product working in a 2-3wk period and you should have called in after a few weeks to state you were returning the product." I told the rep that even though I ordered the product on 12/6, it did not arrive until about 4 days later and why would the 30 day start date begin before I even receive it? Also, why was this not stressed to me when I placed the order? The rep reply was the aforementioned. I agree with the other posted comment in NOT being told the start date is the date you ordered and NOT allowing time to receive the product in the mail. I was told by the rep that if my postage date is by today, that I would receive a full refund. We'll see. Meanwhile, I will contact my credit card company and have them remove it, which they will under the circumstance. Rule of thumb..always place orders online w/credit card so that any dispute will be handled promptly by the card company and in your favor if your case warrants.
