I am also making a complaint to BBB. Based on radio advertising, "Absolutely
Risk Free" I signed up for a trial of Amberen, "healthy choice for menopause".
The product did not work for me and upon consultion direct with Lunada Biomedical, I was told to double the dosage. After 10 days, I still had no improvement to menopausal symptoms so I brought the package & pills to my physician to examine at Kaiser. She advised me to discontinue the medication as the ingrediants were unknown, mixed in a compound. I called Amberen with this info & to advise I would not order any pills. I mailed the package & pills in a plain envelope the next day. Because the unused pills were never received I have been constantly harrassed by both live & recorded phone calls and threatening letters. I have always responded to their calls & letters and told the truth but Lunada insists on harrassing me. This is not good business practice. I am happy to supply a paper trail of all correspondence to help with this negative review. Their advertising is completely false and misleading.
